Use Thorogood English resources across your whole English department, with one simple price and one invoice for your finance office.

Department licence = 3 × the single-teacher price

What a department licence covers

  • Use the resource with every English teacher at one school or campus
  • Save the files on your school’s shared drive or learning platform, as long as only your staff and students can access them
  • Print and photocopy pages for all your students
  • Edit and adapt the files to suit your classes
  • Keep using the version you received: there is no expiry date

✗ Please don’t

  • Share the files with other schools or campuses
  • Upload them anywhere the public can see them, such as websites or social media
  • Sell or give away the resources, in original or edited form
  • Present the resources as your own work

A single-teacher licence (what you get when you buy from the shop) covers one teacher, tutor or household only. Full details are in the Terms of Sale.

Prices

A department licence costs three times the single-teacher price in the shop. For a department of five or six teachers, that is roughly half price per teacher.

How to order

  1. Tell me what you needEmail the resources you would like, your school name and who the invoice should go to.
  2. Receive your invoiceI’ll send an invoice, usually within two working days. Let me know if you need a purchase order number on it.
  3. Pay the invoiceYour finance office pays using the details on the invoice.
  4. Get your filesOnce paid, you receive the files and a licence confirmation for your records.

Questions

We have more than one campus. Do we need more than one licence?

Yes. A department licence covers the English teachers at one school or campus. For several campuses, email me and I’ll put together a price.

Can I try the resources before the department commits?

Yes. There are complete free lessons in the free resources, so you can see the style and quality first.

Can we pay by card instead?

Department licences are sold by invoice, which suits most school finance offices. If you would prefer another way to pay, just ask.

Do new teachers who join the department later need a licence?

No. The licence covers whoever is teaching English at your school or campus, including new staff.
